The Facts

Most entrepreneurs are encouraged (perhaps even unwittingly goaded) by friends, family, and customers, to transition their business into a franchise system.

It feels great to be on the receiving end of such faith and encouragement but friends and family typically know little about what it takes to launch a franchise concept making this not-so-good advice.

Simply put, franchising is HARD. So hard that 67% of all systems that launch never award a single unit.

Of the one's that do, only 10% ever get to 10 units!

With odds like this, you NEED to have all the right pieces in all the right places - and plenty of capital.

86% of businesses are not franchise ready when they come to us.

54% have already invested $100,000 or more into their franchise endeavor.

Most have no idea what they will need to spend before they award a franchise.

32% cut their losses and return to running their successful business.

The Tools We Use To Get You Ready

The Franchise Ready Roundtables are a free weekly virtual mastermind group for aspiring and micro-emerging franchisors under 10 units. We discuss topics from across the franchise spectrum and address individual problems from a group thinktank in live time.

We will run our RYG analysis for you for a one time cost and present the results with recommendation for you to do what you wish. The results are yours to keep! Use it to continue on alone or bring it to another advisor. We're often referred by advisors as a prerequisite starting point for their services.

With this option, your RYG analysis is free.  Using it as the backbone of our engagement, we will consult with you on a short term (6-12 months on average) 1-on-1 arrangement to get you the mindset, strategy, & resources you need to launch your franchise. Every approach is unique but there are industry standards you will need to establish as well. We meld these elements and curate your custom franchise preparatory journey.

We offer a series of group oriented workshops designed to bring attendees through the strategies, steps, and pitfalls of a franchise startup. Structured on an ad-hoc basis, attendees can sign up for any or all of the workshops.

*The RYG Analysis is NOT required for these workshops.

DID YOU KNOW? Did you know that around 30% of franchise systems face legal challenges during expansion? If you have not engaged a franchise attorney and need one, we have many recommendations based on various criteria.

Testimonials

I'm so glad I took the RYG assessment. It showed me everything I wasn't willing to look at with my business and that would have completely impeded my ability to franchise. I've decided not to franchise (at least at this time) and I thank Chris @ Franchise Ready for saving me time, money, and heartache I wasn't ready to invest.  Stan - PC Devo

There's no one I trust more to review and advise small businesses on the cusp of franchising than Franchise Ready. And I love that they don't necessarily advise long term. It eliminates the conflict of taking on a client for the revenue. Their business is assessments and they stay true to that. But help in so many other ways too! - Hilary Dolby - Fractional CFO / FR Top Collaborator.

As someone who is very immersed into franchising, I get a lot of people asking about whether they should franchise their business. I automatically send them to Franchise Ready as a source I trust to help them ensure they have clarity about what they need to do and then how to do it! - Angela Cote @ ACinc.

Well worth the money for what I learned about myself and my business. Yes I have a successful business. No, I am not ready to franchise. Yes, I can put the pieces in place to change that. Franchise Ready and their RYG assessment was enlightening. I'm pretty sure I saved hundreds of thousands of dollars and have a clear path forward. Dan C. @ Mosquito Tick Away

When we started franchising our original business, we did not have a tool to help us determine our readiness, and therefore we had to slow down our focus on growth and few times to address these gaps. It's a lot easier to build out systems for things before you have franchisees, so you can keep happy franchisees and a steady growth trajectory. Working with Franchise Ready will help you identify your roadmap to success - Jen Cutillo @ Zorward Consulting
